At Bolton LGBT+, we greatly appreciate all feedback from our clients as it allows us to continually improve our services. We are always eager to hear about the positive experiences our clients have had with us and welcome any suggestions for how we can further enhance our support. Our team carefully considers all feedback to ensure that we can better serve our community.

Complaints


We strive to maintain the highest standards in our work and fundraising efforts, but in rare instances, mistakes may occur. If you have a grievance, we have a clear complaints procedure in place for you to follow. Our team is dedicated to thoroughly investigating and resolving your complaint as quickly as possible.


We prioritise the resolution of complaints and view them as a valuable way to enhance our services and operations. If you have submitted a complaint, we will contact you promptly to address the issue.

Our Mission

Bolton LGBT+ mission is to support the LGBT+ community in Bolton.  We do this by providing peer support, social meetings and the only LGBT+ Night in Bolton.

Our Aims

We provide opportunities for people to engage in making Bolton a place in which everyone, whatever their sexual orientation or gender identity, can live free from hatred, prejudice and discrimination.

As an organisation we are fully committed to safeguarding all our people from harm. This includes our staff, volunteers and all those who use or come into contact with our services. We recognise that all our people, regardless of race, age, ability, gender, identity, sexual orientation, religion or belief, have the right to protection from all types of harm or abuse.

Zero Tolerance Policy

We understand that people can become angry when they feel that matters about which they feel strongly are not being dealt with as they wish. If that anger escalates into aggression towards our staff, we consider that unacceptable. Any aggression or abuse directed towards our staff will not be tolerated.
