Bolton LGBT+ mission is to support the LGBT+ community in Bolton. We do this by providing peer support, social meetings and the only LGBT+ Night in Bolton.
We provide opportunities for people to engage in making Bolton a place in which everyone, whatever their sexual orientation or gender identity, can live free from hatred, prejudice and discrimination.
As an organisation we are fully committed to safeguarding all our people from harm. This includes our staff, volunteers and all those who use or come into contact with our services. We recognise that all our people, regardless of race, age, ability, gender, identity, sexual orientation, religion or belief, have the right to protection from all types of harm or abuse.
We understand that people can become angry when they feel that matters about which they feel strongly are not being dealt with as they wish. If that anger escalates into aggression towards our staff, we consider that unacceptable. Any aggression or abuse directed towards our staff will not be tolerated.
